I rarely posts my clients transformations and not because they don't deserve it but I've always been quite with my coaching. I've been very successful over the years with my competitors but my main objective with them is to teach real life lessons. The 10 seconds on stage is only a fraction of your life.
Marel Dugan here has been with me since November. We still have 3 weeks left but what I'm proud of is the personal battles she's taken on with this prep. I don't need to get into any of that as it doesn't matter but what does is her dedication and persistence. At the age of 19 there is no way I would of been able to do this.
30+lbs so far.
