19-year-old girl, Elizabeth Chengula explains he lived a life of trouble that included getting a child problem complexity of his kind as doctors describe the problem.

"My life is a problem I don't know how help this child whom I've asked at Muhimbili is required to undergo tests and later surgery and I don't have anyone to help me," said Chengula sadly.
