The police force in the Policing of Children-Rorya, hold two residents of Nkende in Street Children were allegedly cut off his hand, an Inspector of police of Ngamba Tana-River of Kenya, James Mnuve (50), while the women compete for the woman.
Tarime police commander Rorya, SACP Henry Mwaibambe, confirmed the incident to cut off the hand that Inspector of police in Kenya.
Mwaibambe claimed that the incident took place July 13 afternoon in Nkende Street in Tarime where youths who commit an error.

The injured James claims that he was a police inspector of Ngamba Centre Tana River in Kenya and woman, Njeri Wanjoi, is his wife.
